What's this?
Well, on first glance it may well look like some savoury mince topped with a cheezy sauce, but upon closer insection we can see it's actually last night's Pelau! I combined it with onion gravy, poured it into an oven dish, covered with FFV cheeze sauce and baked in an oven at GM 7 for 40 minutes. We had it with steamed broccoli and garlic bread that I'd thrown together from some French bread which had proved a bit doughy in the middle.
Waste not, want not. I don't even think the kids knew they were eating the same thing, but I couldn't slip my pigeon peas past SVD!

Genius! I love a good plate of redesigned leftovers! Anything combined with onion gravy is sure to be a hit! I haven't had garlic bread in so long, that must change...
