Things that Help when my Day Sucks...

Clothing that features food(or sheep) motifs...

Vitasoy malted soya milk straight from the fridge - so good, so comforting, harks back to my love of malted drinks...

Sugar *sigh!*- I know, I know, it's basically crack, but I just can't help myself, as the tea-stained label indicates...
Roasted red pepper hummus, smothered on tortilla chips and raw cauliflower. With a very large glass of white wine if it's after sunset...

Urban Decay lip balm, so tingly, so glossy, so perfect.

And of course, my little chitterlings... who can always raise a laugh with their antics no matter how glum I'm feeling.
Pretty bad form for a vegan to use a colloquial term for tripe as a term of endearment for her kids, right?...

I pulled Desmond onto my lap so he could see his friends in Scotland doing some crazy dancing. I hope all that good stuff has conspired to improve your spirits. Your sugar stash made me laugh.

I love the label on your sugar container. And is Bubba Ho-Tep dressed up in a skirt and a tie? That's awesome. He is officially my favourite kid in the world.

I don't need sugar at all since I started smoking again..... sigh.... I think that says it all? Hx

Helen - I think there are non-smokers who smoke, non-smokers who don't smoke, smokers who smoke, and smokers who spend each day trying not to smoke. I fall firmly into the latter catergory...

Helen - I'm definitely a 4, except on those occasions when I slip back to being a 3 every now and again!!
